Welcome welcome! This is mainly a personal project of mine that I can't wait to share with you! Below is some useful information regarding my plans as well as how to contribute to the growth of Discapp!
1. What is Discapp? Discapp is a project meant to bring you every single web-available Discord tool right to your browser. I want to give you a quality experience minus the annoying dashboards, forced sign-in, or limited features. This project is planned to run off of donations / out-of-pocket that way it can stay fully free for anyone trying to visit the page!
2. Where are all the tools? Since I am working mostly by myself, many tools are still actively being planned out and created. The tools provided on the home page are the tools that are confirmed to be working and are, at that point in time, available to be used! I will continue adding tools over the course of the project until I can't think of any more to add. You can always contribute by joining the Discord server or by messaging me directly!
3. Plans for expansion? Something that is planned is to open up APIs to allow people to use tools we provide directly in their applications. These APIs will be fully free however may be limited to a small amount of users at one time upon their initial release. Besides APIs, I also hope to expand the project directly into Discord though that route is still being thought through so will provide more details when we come to it!
4. Will Discapp cost money in the future? I plan for all the tools and librarys to be free for everyone. As for if things might cost money in the future, is unknown. As mentioned before, I plan to keep this project up by paying for it all myself (along with the help of any donations) so I do not plan to charge money for use. People who are donating or have donated may be able to receive extra perks if I can work that out but, once again, the site will remain free!
I hope to release discapp within a month or two of sending this message! If all goes to plan of course!
